ESAT du Rangen

Since 1987, the ESAT du Rangen offers possibilities of Services and Support through work to persons with mental disabilities and disorders. We have an agreement for 50 places, delivered by the Regional Health Agency. The main mission of the ESAT du Rangen is to facilitate integration of persons with disabilities. Our aim is to facilitate the people’s development by the discovery, the valuation and the exploitation of their personal and professional capacities. We provide them professional activities and medico-social support, fostering their personal development. We tend to create the standards for an occupational and social integration, eventually in regular working environments. Our activities serve as supports for the acquisition of professional and social skills and we also work on the recognition and certification of prior learning. Newcomers are initially attached to one of the production departments in order to fulfill simple tasks, on a 35 hours a week schedule (except for those who cannot work on a full time base).
