By supporting the masters and instructors who produce traditional handicrafts; was established with the aim of teaching traditional handicrafts and other professions to disadvantaged women, immigrants, youth and social layers at risk of addiction, to ensure the survival of our traditional handicrafts and to transfer them to future generations. At the same time, in the following years, in addition to the initial purpose, the education of disadvantaged adult women was emphasized. In addition, various preventive studies are carried out for young people in order to remove them from the risk of addiction. Since its establishment, it has signed many projects. These consist of the realization of various projects, from vocational training courses for disadvantaged youth and women to removing youth from the risk of addiction.
