Free-lance

As a free-lance trainer I work with various organisations from non-profit, governmental, inter-governmental to private companies. My favorite way of working is to develop custom-made learning programs starting with the needs of the organisations and its people. There are many learning methods out there and I think each method can serve well in the right circumstance. An old method adapted to the needs of the group can work great. I keep my eyes on the news about training and learning but also neuroscience.
