Prometheans

As a group of undergraduate students of English language and literature at Hacettepe University, we have been growing an enthusiastic attitude towards social issues to solve them - or to make a difference among the people who have taboos and barriers towards them. These social issues mainly consist of the disadvantaged children especially in the schools that have harsh conditions to get any educational acquisitions, gender issues, people that are isolated or forced to be isolated from the society, and feminine and woman-centred issues in all their aspects, specifically feminism which is a flow to support the idea of equality between sexes.
