Charity Centre for Refugees

CCR's goals: 1. Encouraging personal autonomy of refugees and asylum-seekers by providing information and assistance (individual level); 2. Facilitating inclusion of refugees and asylum-seekers in communities by creating opportunities for socio-cultural cohesion (community level); 3. Maintaining dialogue with decision-makers to support the rights of refugees and asylum-seekers (state level). Currently, CCR is the only organization in the Republic of Moldova that provides assistance to refugees in all phases of their stay on the territory - from entry into the country, during integration process and, finally, during procedure for obtaining Moldovan citizenship. The services provided and the activities organized for refugees and asylum-seekers are as follows:  linguistic integration;  integration on the local labour market;  social assistance;  educational assistance;  cultural assistance;  naturalization support.
