School counselors in school offices and interschool psycho-pedagogical assistance prepares individuals to apply the theory and principles of guidance and counseling to the provision of support for the personal, social, educational, and vocational development of students within elementary, middle and secondary educational institutions. Also, school counselors help students understand and overcome personal, social, or behavioral problems affecting their educational or vocational situations; confer with parents or guardians, teachers, other counselors, and administrators to resolve students' behavioral, academic, and other problems; provide crisis intervention to students when difficult situations occur at schools and identify cases involving domestic abuse or other family problems affecting students' development. Speech therapists in school offices work with children who have a variety of speech-related disorders. These disorders can include the inability to produce certain sounds, speech rhythm and fluency problems, and voice disorders. Our projects aimed at developing the skills of career organization, self-knowledge, strengthening the skills of social relationships, in order to prevent the risk of dropping out of school and discrimination due to it.
