En Kai Pan

En Kai Pan is a women's social-cultural cooperative, founded in 2014 on the initiative of Tiziana Sellato, Stefania Bruno and Loredana Stendardo, with the aim of bringing together the different skills of its founding members and workers in the fields of research, writing, music, audiovisual production and the performing arts, to create a cultural incubator project based on the cornerstones of active training and cooperation as the basis and support of a system of production, dissemination and sale of artistic and cultural products. We believe in a vision of culture as the connective tissue of humanity, the set of tools and functions through which each individual produces and transmits meaning and memory, and each human community renews and nurtures its relationship with the other. Any cultural enterprise must, within this vision, be a social circuit before being an economic and productive one. Mission Our mission is developed around the cornerstones of the valorization of the individual (through artistic training and work), the emancipation of the territory (through education, valorization, cooperation and communication) and social and technological innovation (through the construction of a circuit between craftsmanship and new technologies aimed at building an innovative, aware and ethical market). The company core focuses on the relationship between the individual and the territory. By rooting its activities in the working-class neighbourhoods of the metropolitan city of Naples, En Kai Pan contributes to the social and economic emancipation of local communities. Objectives Our general objectives are: to do business by investing in people; to emancipate the territory from social and cultural disintegration, isolation and poor accessibility to material and immaterial heritage; to reconstitute communities through a network of local and national activities and shared planning. We work by addressing the needs of our beneficiaries through active training, employment, design, production and dissemination of products and services.
