Youth Cooperative Panotrip was established in July 2016 at the initiative of the six young people who after completing the education want to start their own entrepreneurial path. We operate with a goal to with socially useful business ideas as a team of young professionals in the field of organization of youth work, public relations, sales, accounting and communication to assist in employment of persons from vulnerable target groups, the development of the region Pomurje-region with high unemployment and help young people to get the active and effective career planning. Panotrip services mainly include networking and the provision of support services to the tourism providers in Pomurje, because we want to with knowledge of modern ICT, marketing and PR to contribute to the region to be visited by as many new, mostly foreign tourists as possible. As the first organization in Pomurje we strive for the development of youth tourism, and that is why we are organizing events, education programs, program activities for young people, because we want to reduce the brain drain from the region and attract as many new young (and consequently ideas, new views, cosmopolitanism, openness, solidarity, equality). If the youth will have ample opportunity in the region, they will be returned to it several times and they will also remain. This in turn will strengthen the market. Our purpose is consequently also that young people can find jobs in the region and to create a family. Young people from several countries would be in the context of our project together thinking about a common problem, issue not-employability, career prospects, the situation on the labor market in the EU and individual countries. With the discussion and team work, young people will learn about the specifics of the labor market and the situation of young people in each country, started to think about acquiring knowledge outside their own country, where it enhances the mobility of young people, and they will start to think concretely about their future life goals.
