Młody Dolny Śląsk

Młody Dolny Śląsk is an youth organistaion based in Wrocław (Lower Silesia region, Poland). It was created in 2014 by a group of young people who wanted to do something for the local society. During the time the association was developing and growning. Right now, we have around 20 members, who are actively involved in projects. Młody Dolny Śląsk is a youth association which runs different social projects in different fields of public life, like tourism, addictions, local societies, ect. Our biggest and most recogniseable project is about preventing the phonoholism and is called "Odłącz się". During this project we run workshops at schools in the whole region of Lower Silesia and also did a capaign which was on billboards in different part of the cities in the whole region and right before pedestrian crossings. Another big project is about the people who create the city of Wrocław. It is basically showing their passions, everyday life but we also made a bit different project where we showed how different roots have people who create the city. We are strongly focused on the development of youth, which is what we specialize in. Several times we have created youth county councils, as well as leadership schools for the youth of Lower Silesia. The members who create our association are young people, who want to actively take part in local life. We have students, young people who have just graduated but also some people from high schools.
