Empow'Her

Empow’Her is an international network of organizations working for women’s empowerment, creating tools and opportunities for women to thrive as entrepreneurs. We believe in every woman’s right and capacity to improve their own economic status and wellbeing and to participate in and contribute to our societies. We create training, coaching and networking programs enabling women to access entrepreneurship and overcome the obstacles they are facing. We are driven by the fact that entrepreneurship is a strong enabler for women’s empowerment, to create their own economic opportunities, to decide for their future and to bring lasting impact for their communities. Since our creation in 2013, we have been operating in 20 countries, supported over 12 500 women entrepreneurs and gathered a strong network of +500 experts and mentors around them. Empow'Her is now a network with affiliated teams based in France, Niger, Ivory Coast, and Burkina Faso, accounting for +70 paid staff members working together on its main missions. Empow'Her has been involved in european projects since 2020, having participated as partner in Erasmus+ KA2 projects, acting as intermediary organisation for the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program, and now coordinating two projects related to women entrepreneurship.
