During the years it is specialized in the planning, design, delivery, management, monitoring and evaluation of training paths at various levels: • In the field of School Education • In the field of Adult Education • In the field of Vocational and Educational Training. The organization offers a wide range of consulting services, useful in helping to develop, upgrade skills and personal care growth as well as organizational development of businesses. Through the construction and dissemination of good practices and models of excellence at local, national and European level, it pursues its MISSION by “promoting innovation in terms of strategies, methodologies and tools” in the areas indicated. Consorzio Ro.ma. founds its activities on KEY LEVERS OF ACTION, very important in view of achieving its goals, such as: • The Internationalization, that is the building of European level partnerships. • The Digitisation, that is the introduction of ICT based tools and methodologies. • The Alignment of training paths/content with the labour market in order to promote more competitiveness. • The Contrast to the dynamics of social exclusion. Over the years, it has also built a network of collaborations and relationships which allow it to promote and successfully implement research and training activities addressed to different sectors’ needs: In the field of School Education, Consorzio Ro.ma. deals with the training and updating of skills of the school teachers in activities aimed at: • encourage the innovation in teaching at the level of strategies, methodologies and teaching tools. In the field of Vocational and Educational Training, it carries out training activities with the aim of : • social and working inclusion of groups at risk of exclusion (unemployed, NEET, women, migrants, over 50). • Provide certification and qualification from people working the healthcare sector. Consorzio Ro.Ma. promotes not only the upgrading of skills and the growth of personal careers, but also the organizational development of customer companies: it supports the businesses and the organizations for implementing of training plans finalized to skills upgrading and dissemination of business development plans. Finally, in the last years Consorzio Ro.Ma. has submitted several project proposals under EU Commission calls, regarding DG Justice, COSME, ENPI and Erasmus Plus programme. It has obtained grants for many Erasmus+ project, like TALKING – Transactional Analysis Learning for Keeling over the INtercultural Gap (a KA2 project with the aim of increasing the relational and communication skills of teachers and trainers working with multicultural classes of adult immigrants) , STRIDE – STRategies for the Digital Education (a KA2 project with the aim of increasing the digitization competences and skills of schools’ teachers and headmasters about the use of ICT and social media within the didactics) , Eirene: using community learning paths to tackle bullying, E.S.S.E:N.C.E.: Entrepreneurial Skills in Schools Education: Nurturing Citizenship and Entrepreneurship, RELiVET- Reducing Early Leaving in VET Re.M.I.D.A- REnewed Models for the Inclusion of Disadvantaged Adults, PR.E.S.T.O. : PRomoting pEople with diSability Transnational mObility, CHOICE: CitizensHip cOmpetences to tackle clImate ChangEs; Diogenes: Digital Storytelling to Foster Critical Thinking on Gender Stereotypes, Agile2Learn: Innovative Agile Project Based Learning; A3Learning: learning anywhere, anytime, from anyone.
