In the previous pedagogical and study experience of the founders of the association, challenges such as the inadequacy of the learning environment for the needs of young people, insufficient feedback, and lack of internal motivation have been observed. We believe that a targeted, planned, informal education offer provides an opportunity for everyone to develop an individual approach, in which the young person has the opportunity to gain experience by doing, to try the opportunity to use their physical, mental and emotional potential.
