Newly established youth NGO based in Prague, Czech republic. We are eager to bring awarness to the topics of mental health, well-being, connection to nature and health overall, all with the connection to the nature. We want to bring scienced based methods and best practices to youth and youth workers which they can use in their everyday lives to help them strenghten their mental and physical health. We want to provide those mainly with with non-formal educational methods. Our primary motivation is the mental health crysis in the world especially amongs youth people caused by the conflicts, post covid era, housing crysis, climate change and overall increased pressure on the youth. We believe that mental health is the most important part of a young person life which can inflict all the other parts of their life.
