Mimma Lab is composed of a multidisciplinary team of highly qualified professionals with solid experience in key areas relevant to the development and management of EU-funded projects, particularly within the nonprofit sector. The team brings together expertise in project design, financial and operational management, training, facilitation, and intercultural communication — all essential components to support social impact initiatives across Europe. EU Project Design and Management – Strategic Partnership Support Mimma Lab plays an active role in the co-design and strategic development of EU-funded projects in cooperation with European partners. Rather than operating as an external service provider, Mimma Lab contributes directly as a partner organization, bringing expertise in shaping project ideas, structuring logical frameworks, and aligning proposals with the strategic priorities of the Erasmus+ Programme and the broader European policy pillars. Training in Project and Operational Management We offer tailored training programs in time management, project execution, and operational planning for professionals across sectors — from students and educators to nonprofit staff and public officials. Our methodology integrates Agile and Circle Project Management principles, encouraging adaptive thinking, collaborative workflows, and strategic planning. Through workshops and real-world case studies, participants acquire tools to efficiently lead and implement projects that deliver meaningful results within constrained resources. Facilitation and Intercultural Communication In today’s transnational project environments, effective communication and inclusive participation are vital. Mimma Lab trains professionals in advanced facilitation techniques, such as the Art of Hosting, World Café, Nonviolent Communication, Serious Games, and Liberating Structures. These tools support group engagement, co-creation, and consensus-building — particularly in intercultural and multilingual contexts. Our approach fosters environments where diverse voices are heard and collaboration thrives. Training and Capacity Building for Nonprofit Professionals We design and deliver training programs for individuals aiming to develop careers in the nonprofit and social innovation sectors. These programs combine theory and practice, covering roles such as project manager, facilitator, EU project designer, financial officer, trainer, or board member. Participants learn to navigate the complexity of nonprofit governance, strategic planning, funding, and stakeholder engagement. The objective is to build leadership capacity and practical skills to drive positive change within communities. Strategic Support for Nonprofit Growth and Compliance Beyond project work, Mimma Lab offers comprehensive support to nonprofits in legal compliance, fundraising strategies, governance improvement, and international networking. We help organizations simplify bureaucratic processes, strengthen their operational foundations, and establish meaningful partnerships at the national and European levels. Our mission is to enhance the resilience and impact of the nonprofit ecosystem, allowing organizations to focus on their purpose while ensuring growth, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. Women Empowerment and Employment Mimma Lab is deeply committed to promoting gender equality, women’s empowerment, and inclusive employment opportunities. We design and implement training and mentoring programs that equip women — especially those in vulnerable or underrepresented communities — with the skills, confidence, and resources needed to enter or re-enter the workforce, lead community initiatives, and contribute to social innovation. Our work includes career development support, entrepreneurship promotion, and inclusion in decision-making processes, ensuring that gender-sensitive approaches are embedded across all projects. We believe that empowering women is not only a matter of equality, but a catalyst for broader social and economic transformation.
