"Bartın University (BARÜ) is a dynamic state university located in the Western Black Sea region of Türkiye. Managed by the Project and Technology Office (PTO), we operate a centralized system for EU projects involving over 18,000 students. Our Expertise: Institutional Capacity: We successfully manage KA131, KA171, and large-scale KA2 Strategic Partnerships (e.g., Digital Restoration Lab, Climate Action). Youth Work: We actively support youth participation through non-formal education, focusing on Intercultural Dialogue, Social Inclusion, and Entrepreneurship. Themes: Our priority areas are strictly aligned with the EU Green Deal and Digital Transformation goals. We are experienced in hosting international groups and ensuring high-quality project implementation with our PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) quality assurance cycle."
