Fanzingo Foundation

Fanzingo is a Sweden-based media organisation working with young people through participatory media production and democratic engagement. We design and implement projects that combine youth participation, creative expression, and dialogue with decision-makers, using media production as a tool for voice, reflection, and social change. Fanzingo works locally and internationally with young people, schools, youth organisations, municipalities, and civil society actors. Our activities include youth-led dialogue formats, transnational exchanges, workshops, and collaborative media productions such as video, audio, and digital storytelling. Through these processes, young people are supported to articulate their perspectives, engage with societal issues, and connect their lived experiences to democratic processes. We have experience in European cooperation projects and value partnerships based on co-creation, inclusion, and shared ownership. Fanzingo is particularly interested in Erasmus+ projects focusing on youth participation, democratic dialogue, and cross-border collaboration.
