We are a dynamic informal youth group based in Luxembourg, made up of passionate young volunteers aged 18-30 from diverse multicultural backgrounds – reflecting Luxembourg's unique multilingual and international vibe. Formed organically through shared enthusiasm for European mobility, we operate on a fully voluntary, youth-led basis with democratic decision-making. Our core mission is organising Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges that drive real impact: boosting intercultural dialogue, sparking personal growth and leadership skills, tackling environmental sustainability, and igniting active European citizenship. We design projects around non-formal education methods – think intense workshops, debates, role-plays, outdoor challenges, and cultural nights – to equip participants with 21st-century competences like teamwork, critical thinking, and global awareness. Targetting young people aged 18-30, we prioritise inclusion by reaching those with fewer opportunities (geographic, economic, social barriers). We're fully committed to Erasmus+ horizontal priorities: diversity & inclusion, environmental responsibility, digital tools in projects, and democratic participation. Through international partnerships, we build bridges across Europe, foster tolerance and solidarity, and empower the next generation to shape a united, sustainable continent. As newcomers to formal Erasmus+ structures but experienced in local youth initiatives, we're ready to level up and deliver high-quality exchanges.
