Background We are a registered non-governmental organization (NGO) in Jordan, established in 2023 by a dedicated group of passionate and motivated youth. Our organization is committed to implementing a socioeconomic strategy that promotes positive change within communities. Vision To foster an inclusive community where all individuals have access to opportunities and resources, empowering them to contribute to positive change. Mission Our mission is to promote capacity building, inclusion, and empowerment through innovative and adaptive solutions. We work collaboratively with communities to implement sustainable development projects that uplift disadvantaged groups, including unemployed youth, women in rural areas, and people with disabilities. Goals • Skill Development: Offer trainings and workshops that enhance employability for disadvantaged youth • Consultation Services: Provide consultation and support for CBOs and NGOs to enhance their operational capacity and sustainability. • Support Women: Create initiatives that empower women in rural areas through education and entrepreneurship. • Promote Inclusion: Encourage the participation of people with disabilities in community activities. • Community Engagement: Build partnerships with local stakeholders to amplify our impact and support grassroots initiatives. Our Activities: encompass a wide range of initiatives designed to create a positive impact in our communities: • Inclusion for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs): o Activities and events on important international days to raise awareness about inclusion and the rights of PwDs. o Eco-friendly Sewing training focus on including 5 women with hearing disability among 30, in partnership with local partner and sponsored by German Embassy. o In 2026, we will target a school that include PwDs to create an inclusive educational environment that enhances accessibility and provides improved learning resources in collaboration with International NGO. o Referral Services: Providing referrals for medical, educational, and other services for PwDs, benefiting over 20 individuals until the end of 2025. o Participation in Specialized Programs ▪ Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation: Participating in physiotherapy and special education assessments and campaigns benefiting two local rehabilitation and special education centers, serving around 50 beneficiaries. ▪ Awareness Sessions: Conducting awareness sessions about the rights of PwDs for youth, covering constitutional, social, medical, and other life contexts, in partnership with relevant organizations. • Empowerment Solutions for NGOs and CBOs Services: o Consultation services for charities and CBOs in Jordan in: ▪ Project proposal writing, Program and Project Management services. ▪ Personnel and volunteer management ▪ Data services and reporting ▪ Operational solutions ▪ Fundraising solutions • Youth Activities: o Participation in Erasmus+ projects in Jordan and Turkey in collaboration with other partners. o Regular awareness sessions for youth cover specialized topics, including scholarships opportunities, university major selection for high school students, and personal analysis for team-building workshops (MBTI). o Providing volunteering opportunities. • Women Empowerment: o Training and activities focused on life skills, Marketing, Sewing and beauty training. • Seasonal Activities: o Summer Creativity Club for Children and Adolescents: o Charity campaigns and providing Humanitarian Aid. o Interactive recreational activities for children at schools, orphanages, community centres, and refugee camps.
