Fundacja Edukacji, Rozwoju i Innowacji (FERI)

Fundacja Edukacji Rozwoju i Innowacji (FERI) is a Polish non-governmental organisation dedicated to improving the quality of education, lifelong learning and social innovation through national and international cooperation. FERI designs and implements educational projects funded by programmes such as Erasmus+, CERV and the European Social Fund+, working with partners from across Europe. Our activities support learners, educators, youth workers, teachers, trainers, NGOs, public institutions and businesses by developing innovative educational methods, training programmes, digital learning resources and practical tools. Our areas of expertise include adult education, vocational education and training (VET), youth work, social inclusion, active citizenship, sustainability, digital transformation, green skills, entrepreneurship, intercultural dialogue and the development of soft skills. We place particular emphasis on experiential learning, non-formal education, micro-credentials, competence-based learning and the effective use of digital technologies. FERI has extensive experience in coordinating and participating in international partnerships involving organisations from many European countries. We create educational materials, e-learning courses, toolkits, games, podcasts, videos, workshops and training programmes that are freely accessible and designed to create long-term impact. Our mission is to empower people and organisations with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world while promoting inclusion, innovation, sustainability and European cooperation.
