We are BASED a team of 10 entrepreneurial students from Tiimiakatemia Prague, an innovative entrepreneurship programme at the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague (CZU). We learn by building real businesses, working with clients, leading projects and reflecting on our experiences, not only through traditional lectures. This makes us proactive, adaptable and used to taking responsibility in international teams. International mobility and travelling are core values of our study programme. We believe that the best learning happens when people from different cultures collaborate, challenge each other's perspectives and create something meaningful together. Every international experience is an opportunity to bring new ideas back to our community of other teams, our projects and our everyday life. As a team, we enjoy facilitating discussions, because that is a the big part of our studies - dialogs is how we learn, then sharing practical entrepreneurial experiences, contributing positive energy and actively involving others. We are curious, reliable and used to working in diverse groups where communication, initiative and teamwork matter. We are not looking to simply attend a Youth Exchange, we want to contribute to it. Our goal is to become the best version of ourselves and bring change to the world around us.
