Associazione NET

Associazione NET – Networking Education & Training is an Italian Third Sector organisation established in 2001 and active at national and European level. NET develops and implements funded projects aimed at promoting skills, social inclusion, participation, equal opportunities and sustainable development, with a strong focus on people and communities who face social, educational or employment-related barriers. NET has extensive experience in European cooperation and Erasmus+ projects, working with public authorities, third-sector organisations, educational and training institutions, businesses and international partners. Its expertise covers the development and management of European projects, partnership building, coordination, monitoring, administrative and operational management, training, dissemination and valorisation of project results. The organisation works across several interconnected areas, including adult education and lifelong learning, innovative training, employability and entrepreneurship, social inclusion, equal opportunities, intercultural dialogue, active citizenship, environmental sustainability and territorial development. NET has experience working with disadvantaged and vulnerable groups, including migrants, women, older people, young adults, people at risk of social and professional exclusion, and learners with fewer opportunities. NET also promotes innovative and participatory approaches to education and social inclusion, including the use of arts, theatre, creative methodologies and digital tools as instruments for learning, participation, well-being and community engagement. Its projects address current European challenges such as sustainability and green skills, digitalisation, social and emotional competences, democratic participation and inclusion. A key strength of NET is its ability to connect different actors and perspectives. The organisation has developed a broad network of European and transnational partners and is experienced in building partnerships that combine complementary expertise and create practical solutions with local and European impact. NET is particularly interested in joining Erasmus+ cooperation projects where it can contribute its expertise in project development and management, adult education, inclusion, intercultural approaches, training, dissemination and networking, while also developing new collaborations in youth, mobility, civic participation, sustainability and creative approaches to education. We are open to cooperation with organisations looking for reliable and experienced Italian partners, as well as to developing new project ideas together from an early stage.
