The professional and social integration of young graduates in a world where rapidly changing paradigms bring about new challenges is not an easy feat. This requires information, knowledge, and an accurate interpretation of upcoming trends in order to deliver innovative and relevant services responding to emerging needs of young people. At NSF we have developed a unique range of interrelated services tailored to our target groups: young people and organisations dedicated to their professional and personal development (companies, public institutions, academia and the Third Sector). Our services can be grouped in three major areas: • Provision of services to young people, organisations and companies • Action-research to identify emerging seeds of change in society, with a particular focus on economic and labour-related issues, which require deep evolution in education, values, and the creation of new spaces of influence and social innovation. • Raising societal awareness on the importance of undertaking significant efforts to ensure the proper integration of young people in the world of work, and for organisations and companies to embrace emerging societal and economic challenges to remain competitive and socially inclusive. In order to achieve its mission, NSF works in close cooperation with relevant actors, communicates intensively with its stakeholders and society, and permanently undertakes the social innovation and research required to ensure its programmes and services truly respond to its mission and the needs of society.
