Leaders of Tomorrow

We are a youth-led, independent non-profit organisation, active in Jordan and regionally in the Middle East and North Africa. It is our mission to build a community of young leaders who are educated, critical, initiative-takers, and capable of serving their local communities creatively. We achieve our mission through our five initiatives, FADFED, Mustkbalna, Diwanieh, FORSA and Mo7aka that embody our values of freedom of expression, freedom of thought, education, critical thinking, public gathering, breaking social taboos and equal access to leadership, education and capacity building. Our main activities are public street debates (Diwanieh.com); gauging public sentiment at a grassroots level and informs citizens about policy changes and societal issues (Fadfed.org); simulation and role-playing retreats that provides eye-opening experiences on societal issues (fb.me/mo7aka); preparing high school students for university (mustkbalna.com); and a dynamic platform that builds capacity and shares the latest educational and skills development opportunities with youth in the Middle East and North Africa (for9a.com); We are involved project-based work including roundtables for civil society, workshops for youth, and exchanges to Europe and the United States.
