“ Change, Grow, Become” started it's activities in 2013 to promote human well-being and responsible attitude towards the environment through active public engagement. Trying to introduce our tasks we can distinguish following actions’ future directions. • Awareness raising, public development through non-formal education. • Economic development contribution, applying modern mechanisms of “Green Economy” • Promoting public engagement. The main guarantees of our success are the team’s professional skills and knowledge. That’s why, most of us are considered a master of their work and although it, continuously raising professional level takes universal turn. At a goal realization process, an important role play a devotion and respect for each other, to the case, which we are trying to apply first of all In our ranks, then a dissemination of environmental and social responsibility towards others. Highly appreciating the idea of unity we are trying ourselves give the positive lead for successful teamwork. The “Change, Grow, Become” works exceptionally transparent and open for cooperation with any person or organization which aimed at positive changes and ready to implement it. “Change, Grow, Become” is an environment, through which we can learn about environmental, educational and cultural events, as well as being a direct participants of them and meet like-minded people. Any problem solution we see jointly, in which case anyone feels himself at its useful place. Today, we already introduces a huge eco-community, which is able to face out with any challenge and have its impact in the way of changes. Our main guarantee in public engagement is impartial position and consistent work. We try to be a little creative in our actions, not to stay out of the breath of time, which expressions in our activities are online platforms and initiatives. Parallel of them are well off traditional approaches, that allow to work in a wider frames and expect a greater effect.
