The mission of ARCIL is to promote care and rehabilitation services to persons with disability or in a situation of exclusion, aiming their social and professional integration. ARCIL develops several activities, structured in Rehabilitation Services and Production Unities. Rehabilitation Services includes: • Childhood and Youth Program- to promote personal, family and social development of children and youth with special development problems and/or with trouble in their social insertion process. • CAO Program (Occupational Activities Centre) - to stimulate and develop lingering capacities, promoting self- valorisation, social integration and well-being; to promote self- sufficiency through the development of socially useful activities. • Professional Training Program - to raise jobs and encourage social and economic insertion through information, evaluation and professional guiding, training, job insertion and follow-up. • Sheltered Employment Program (CEPARCIL) - to assure employment in production or service units, as a means of personal and professional valorisation of disabled people, and making it easy for them to have access to regular job market. • Residential Program - to promote the development of personal and social abilities, to raise self- sufficiency and cooperation and solidarity relations and to promote communitary integration. • Complementary activities. • Production and services.
This organisation holds a European Solidarity Corps Quality Label. The Quality Label certifies that the organisation is able to run projects in compliance with the principles and objectives of the European Solidarity Corps. — Scope: Volunteering
