We are a team of professionals who believe that education is the basis of progress, both social and individual, and therefore we seek, create and propose, knowledge and valuable experiences for the development of people and the improvement of organizations. We constantly think about ways to take advantage of opportunities and overcome the challenges that the society of learning represent to organizations and people, so we design and develop content, projects and research that can help understand and improve different ways of acquiring knowledge and developing new skills. We firmly believe that social and emotional skills or soft skills are the most determining factor in all aspects of people’s lifes, personal and professional. That is why we are dedicated to studying, researching, creating, proposing and accompanying people of all ages in the process of identifying, evaluating and strengthening these competences. Our experience focuses on: 1. Teaching communication, oratory and debate to people from 7 to 60 years old, people at risk of social exclusion, highly qualified professionals, children with learning difficulties, people with high abilities, in large cities and in rural areas, in international schools and in rural schools. 2. Teaching basic and advanced social skills to families, young people, the elderly, the unemployed, opinion leaders, students seeking their first opportunity, shy people who have recently arrived in our country and do not know where to start, people who are going to explore new markets. 3. Teaching creativity and DesignThinking to fathers and mothers, teachers, boys and girls from the age of ten, cooperativists and successful entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, university students who design their curriculum and anticipate an interview. 4. Designing, developing and managing socio-educational projects, financed with public and private funds, that allow us to make essential dreams come true. 5. Creating experiences to enjoy, learn and share what has been learned, school and university debate tournaments, exhibitions and parties, educational games and training camps. Our team is made up of professionals from different fields of knowledge: sociology, engineering, communication and pedagogy, with more than ten years of professional experience in education, research and consulting, organizational and technological, participating in the design and management of projects financed with funds ESF, ERDF, EEA Grants.
