Profile of the Foundation "Changing myself... I change the world", The Foundation is a NGO whose scope of work is to promote • students, parents, teachers and other community members in building a quality life based on education that leads to the valorization and stimulation of each individual to develop their own potential. • to promote continuous improvement of education in social inclusion for the disabled. • to teach disabled people new skills in order to become as autonomous as possible. • to support development of intercultural competences of children and adults, educational partnerships, inter-institutional communication and community involvement in social inclusion • to co-operate with all relevant bodies in order to provide more chances for them towards social inclusion, either by organizing relevant researches and thus designing and implementing appropriate programmers, or by empowering and supporting the disabled themselves to cooperate with any appropriate bodies to claim their autonomy. Towards this end, we also design and provide models of good practices (in the form of seminars, educational material, sensitization events and workshops, personnel and volunteers training etc) which can be used in total or partially by any interested member in favor of the common goal of getting the handicapped a step further towards social inclusion.
