AREAAA Luxembourg

The "Association réunissante pour l'éducation alternative de l'art et de l'artisanat" (AREAAA Luxembourg) was created in early 2022 as a non-profit organization with its focus on alternative forms of education, especially through any form of art or artisanry. As the name suggests, the objective of the AREAAA is to reunite people interested in learning about any form of art or craft technique and thus create a place of meeting for an exchange on the different fields of artisanal work in a non-formal educational setting. Apart from national projects, the aim is to organize or participate in international projects in order to promote the education that such a project entails and cultivate intercultural exchange, and solidarity, and foster learning opportunities between the participants. Besides young people, who are willing to develop their knowledge and skills, AREAAA Luxembourg also targets experienced people and professionals from different domains, who like to share their knowledge through dedicated workshops in the scope of projects organized by the NGO. The core idea is that every member can provide useful skills and knowledge that he or she has accumulated through their education, hobby, or other workshops and that he or she can pass on to others through the platform AREAAA is providing.
