The association aims to enable citizens of all ages in the region, especially disadvantaged segments such as disabled people, immigrants, women, individuals with a low socio-economic profile, and rural youth, to gain new skills through education (formal and non-formal), art, research, project activities (national and international) and sports. It was established with the aim of improving social adaptation skills and increasing civic participation by increasing employment and life skills. Our association consists of a board of directors of 7 people, an audit board of 3 people and 13 members. There are 2 EU project managers, 2 project designers, 1 finance expert, 2 ICT experts, 3 trainers and 2 youth workers working within the association. Our Work Areas 1. Taking initiatives to support young people to develop green skills to create more sustainable communities 2. By supporting individuals for digital transformation; To conduct courses, seminars, conferences and project studies on advanced technological products such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, augmented reality and big data. 3. Organizing cultural, artistic, sports and project activities for individuals with special learning disabilities and learning difficulties 4. To carry out functional and professional project-based art, research and education studies; 5. Developing local, national and international partnerships and creating platforms to achieve long-term common goals; 6. To engage in professional initiatives by establishing international partnerships in the fields of education and research; 7. Contributing to increasing employment in society, especially for youth and women; 8. Organizing activities that will benefit the society and contribute to their social and cultural development by using non-formal and formal education methods; 9. To integrate individuals with limited opportunities who cannot participate in social activities due to reasons such as lack of access to information, socio-economic deprivations, not knowing a foreign language, physical or mental disability, into society; 10. To help Turkish youth who will come together with young people of the world in international activities to introduce Turkish culture and people, and to help Turkish youth to get to know the people and cultures of other countries; 11. To instill awareness of volunteerism and active participation in young people.
