Soziokratie Zentrum

Sociocracy Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening democracy, participation, and self-organization. For over 12 years, we have supported NGOs, schools, municipalities, companies, and community initiatives in building inclusive and effective governance structures. Our expertise lies in the Sociocratic Circle Method (SCM) and related participatory approaches, which enable groups to make decisions together, share responsibility, and foster collaboration. We design and facilitate workshops, training programs, and long-term development processes that empower organizations to create cultures of transparency, equality, and shared leadership. As a recognized Erasmus+ training provider, we offer: • Professional development courses for educators, community leaders, youth and civil society actors. • Facilitation and consultancy for international cooperation projects. • Practical tools and methods for inclusive decision-making, democratic innovation, and organizational development. Our mission is to contribute to a democratic, participatory society where people can shape their communities and organizations together.
