SOFAGEN – Social Benefit and Youth Association is a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering young people and promoting social benefit through volunteering, education, solidarity and community engagement. Our organisation aims to create opportunities for young people to develop their skills, express their ideas and take an active role in addressing social challenges. We support youth-led initiatives, organise educational activities, workshops and awareness-raising programmes, and encourage young people to participate in projects that create positive social impact. Our main areas of work include youth empowerment, volunteering, social responsibility, non-formal education, community development and civic participation. We believe that young people are not only the future but also active actors of change today. By bringing together young people, volunteers and local communities, SOFAGEN seeks to foster collaboration, strengthen solidarity and contribute to a more inclusive, participatory and sustainable society, starting in Ankara and extending its impact through cooperation and partnerships.
