Skise

Skise is a new established informal youth group based in Romania, born out of a genuine desire to empower young people. At our core, we believe in creating a safe, dynamic space where youth can step out of their comfort zones, discover their true potential, and develop the practical skills needed to thrive in today's world. Our mission is to bridge the gap between traditional education and real-world challenges through non-formal learning, focusing on hands-on action, direct collaboration, and meaningful intercultural exchange. We aim high because we believe in the power of youth. Our primary goal is to make international mobility programs accessible to all young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, allowing them to experience diverse cultures and perspectives firsthand. Through our projects, we focus on equipping participants with essential life skills—such as leadership, intercultural communication, critical thinking, and teamwork. Looking forward, our vision is to build and consolidate a strong, reliable network of European partnerships. We want to create lasting collaborations based on shared values, bringing together organizations to drive long-term initiatives. Ultimately, we want every project we lead to create a positive ripple effect: starting from the personal transformation of a single participant and growing into concrete, community-driven actions that make a real difference at both the local and European levels.
