Iuvenesco Albania is a Informal group promoting intercultural dialogue, youth participation and democracy. It is created by a group of young people . The main aim of our association is to foster youth participation of young people in civil society,to bring social changes, development and improvement of society where we live, using different tools and mainly focused in youth field. We have been engaged in different youth activities as volunteers and during this period we have gained a lot of experience increasing our knowledge with a direct impact in our personal and social development. We have been participating and helping in facilitation of similar activities and this is what gave us the motivation to continue with our own action. Mission The goal of the organization is to educate, publicly represent and enforce capacities of the repository of the democratic social changes using the methodology of the social education and youth work Inclusion of young people in active social life. Perpetuate the cultural and social values Promote communication among members Get new methods, tools or materials to build young people’s key competences, basic skills or language and IT skills New youth work approaches, including strategies to tackle social exclusion and early school leaving through cross-sector networking and activities, i.e. non-formal youth work with formal education and training sector and relevant diverse partners in private and youth sector, to develop innovative approaches to youth work Activities that spread information, raise understanding and critical engagement with the media or other activities that encourage engagement with civic life Artistic and cultural initiatives, e.g. theater plays, exhibitions, music performances, discussion fora, etc.We have participated in several European activities such as youth exchanges, trainings and seminars within the Youth in Action Programme and brand new ERASMUS + . Our Objectives: The main objective of the informal group is to support intercultural dialogue and young enterprises,and to lead these enterprises - to promote a healthy way of life among the population Creating opportunities to empower youths so they can make free choices and reach professional fulfillment in their life. - Organizing of youngsters in different social groups, helping thus in their improvement and the development on the social and personal level. Our working areas include: Human rights, education, professional courses, trainings, infrastructure, employment, prevention of domestic violence, gender issues, community awareness, civil society, animation, voluntarism - Organizing workshops, trainings, seminars, round tables, platforms about the values that we promote; - Promotion of our aims and activities through media and public gathering; - Cooperation with other local and international organizations that promote our values.
