Buca Ortaokulu built in 1868 by a Levantian citizen of Ottman Empire.It was also used as a hospital during the Indecence War of Turkish Republic.While Greek army was invading our country,it was used for Greeks.After the Indepence War,Mustafa Kemal Atatürk stayed there.Because of it,it was called as Gazi Köşkü.In 1966,it started the education.It was named as Buca Ortaokulu.
