The European Centre for Creative Resources (CERC Association) was founded in 2016 in order to contribute to the personal and professional development of Romanian youth and children through education and training programmes. CERC Association aims at providing assistance and support to Romanian institutions in increasing the quality of their educational programmes and services. Also, the support is intended to be provided in projects implementing capacity component.
