Along the time Top Quality Management was involved in different projects financed through granted founds. In these projects we held forming sessions addressed to a vast category of participants but we also gave the possibility of students and masters to do their internship. From december 2010 to august 2013 in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Brasov and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Prahova we implemented Flexinov- "Flexible and Innovative Enterprises" project, founded by the European Social Found through the Sectoral Operational Program, Development of Human Resources - Priority Axe 3 "Growth of the adaptability of workers and enterprises", the Major Domain of Intervention 3.2 "Forming and support for enterprises and employees for promotion of adaptability", contract POSDRU/81/3.2/S/49261. The primary objective of the project is to promote and introduce in Romanian firms models of functional flexibility- Innovative European and modern forms of organization of work- for the purpose of flexibility growth of workers and enterprises from Romania and their improvement and adaptability to the new requirements of the business environment. All of the project’s results and indicators have been achieved and even exceeded. Top Quality Management also took part at the implementation of the following projects: 1. Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest "MANPRACT" - Economic internship for students - decisive vector of entering on workforce market. his project sustains the initiation, development and capitalization of skills, abilities and work habits for the license cycle students in order to improve their insertion in the workforce market. In this project Top Quality Management offered the possibility of 11 students from the Management faculty to do their internship. During the internship they could interact with different departments within our company and discovered new aspects from their area of interest. "Quality internship for managers, quality managers in practice" The project wants the development knowledge and practice abilities for 150 masters students, by optimizing the internships within the management domain, in order to improve their insertion on the workforce market. Top Quality Management is involved in this project by offering 5 internship spots for the Management masters, in order to consolidate their theoretical knowledge and forming their skills, toward applying consistent to their specialization in which they train. 2. SC TITAN SA - "Adaptability and flexibility for employees in the milling-bakery industry- AMFIT" The primary objective of the project is the growth of the competitiveness level and sectorial adaptability for an enterprise from the milling-bakery zone by developing it's own human resources, from all the hierarchical levels. Within this project, the role of Top Quality Management was to provide for 40 participants training programs: "Auditor in the quality domain" and "Management of food safety HACCP". 3. SC IHS MEDICAL SCHOOL SRL - "The European medical School- Training the medical personnel for innovative technologies and modern procedures in dialysis" The project took place with the collaboration of City University London, having as an objective preparing of human resources capable of handling with success the requirements of externalized dialysis services: effectiveness, efficiency, safety and improvement of the patient’s quality of life. Our company provided training services by auditors of the quality management system from medical units. The purpose of the classes were to gain knowledge in order to do internal audits of the quality management system. 4. CONSILIUL LOCAL BALAN - "Reviewing and updating the Strategy of Local Development of the Balan city" In this project, Top Quality Management offered training courses: "Human Resources Manager", in which the aim was elaborating and adapting the human resources programs to the organizational culture, the objectives of the organization and the requirements of change, as well as the capacity of elaborating and defining the structure of a human resource policy and more. 5. SC INFO WORLD SRL - "Improved conditions of health and security at the work place - CSSM" The project aimed to assure a better work conditions and reducing the risk of accidents and professional diseases for employees in the area of soft on demand realization. In this regard Top Quality Management offered for 289 people courses like: health and work security Inspector, Internal Auditor ISO 14000, Internal Auditor OHSAS180001, Projet Manager, Train of trainers, Environment Manager, stress Management. 6. SC MEDCENTER SRL For a number of 184 people we offered professional training programs in domains like: Project Manager, Environment Auditor, Quality Auditor, Manager of Environmental Management Systems, Auditor of management system of health and occupational security, Specialist in the domain of health and security in work, safety and work health Inspector, Train of trainers, Management of occupational health and security.
