Mancomunidad Intermunicipal ALDAIA-QUART DE POBLET

We are a public organization that works from all departments and areas of work leading efforts towards building a society for all ages through actions that promote the Intergenerationality. Our goal is to promote youth in the community and promote creative and innovative initiatives in a community in which each and every one of the citizens who compose (of different generations) are agents of their own change. The focus, planning and implementation of projects and intergenerational programs that facilitate working relationship and interaction of the different groups defined in this community, the benefits and the contributions are directed to community development. The strong point is the development of a "culture of community relations" and not just a "culture of the individual and peer group", facilitating the management of socio-community actions to encourage citizens to become active participants in their own community. From the youth area we are focused in the healthy develove of the young people we offer options of non formal education programs. At the momento, we have 3 programs for young people. "Aula jove" daily program after school for young people from 12 to 17 years old, "Espai jove" free time activities and Volunteer Group ( 18-30 years old). From organization we want to provide to the young with less opportunities the chance of learn and get new experiences with the Erasmus program. We have coordinated the European exchange project "Know each other +" in Alicante in September 2018, together with organizations from Bulgaria and Lithuania.
