Games of Leadership

One of the objectives of this orject is to encourage individuals towards a healthier life by making the students step out of their comfort zone into their natural life where they overcome hardships faced, thanks to attained leadership qualifications but also thanks to a healthy life promoted by the games played in order to help them adapt to a healthier life for the rest of their lives. Our games lasts for one week and played as teams. There are free times for participants to socialize and get along with eachother. This free times are planned to be effident and participants will be encouraged to make new friends. In addition to playing the games with the foreign friends gained during the project which consolidate the sincerity and team spirit, to point out the peace and justice in the world take place amongst our mission. Our games never comprises gender inequality but comprises contents which requires the intelligence and ability, encourages the people by rewarding system and does not allow the inequality as to choosing of team member by means of drawing of lots. Through the project we aim to make the people be aware of work and employment, by integrating the workshops which take actions of this issues and create awareness, take action to the things in terms of economical growth and jobs being worthy of human. Games of Leadership take place solely two universities in Turkey. We, the one who arrange this aforementioned concept, arrange this concept, arrange this concept traditionally for eleven years so that this provides an advantage for the sustainability of this concept; moreover, we try to gather the cultures together in scope of world citizenship by expanding this organisation beyond the country's border with our innovation principle. The fact that the awareness of social responsibility regarding the refugee issue, which is the social problem of thousands of people in our country, in europe and in the world, has not been widespread has let us to make a youth exchange as the Human Resources Community of Uludağ University. In this respect, it is our most important goal to reconcile our traditional their context eiht this refugee issue in this context, we are seeking partners who will share the same responsibility and the some consciousness while involving with the refugee youth in our activity.
