CTG SAN FRANCESCO

The San Francesco Youth Tourism Center (CTG), registered with the RUNTS (Italian National Tourist Board) since January 15, 2024, under directory number 27233, was founded as a group of the CTG (Youth Tourism Center), recognized by the Ministry of the Interior as a national welfare organization. Since 2023, it has been affiliated with the Salesian Youth Sports Associations for the amateur sports component of various sports, particularly Nordic Hiking (Trekking), both for the actual sporting activity component and for environmental education and training. It promotes and implements a comprehensive educational and personal development project through opportunities for growth, commitment, and social interaction, serving the community, its community, and its knowledge and appreciation. The association operates in the social, cultural, and cultural heritage, environmental, and leisure sectors, using entertainment methods and addressing all age groups, particularly young people. The CTG extends throughout Italy with a widespread network of regional committees and councils, involving thousands of people in their activities each year. The CTG group is headquartered in Acquasparta, at the San Francesco Youth Hostel, where, together with a network of local associations, it organizes educational and training activities (including residential ones) for young people, hosting association, school, and parish summer camps. Being a CTG grassroots community, affiliated with the PGS (Provincial Social Workers' Associations) and belonging to their networks, gives us a broad base from which to operate and allows us to draw on professionalism and expertise in the field of youth education and training at every stage of their lives and in all their areas of interest. The CTG staff is made up of professionals in the socio-educational and sports sectors, supported by carefully selected collaborators for each project activity. She managed an Erasmus KA1 youth exchange project funded by ANG and participated as a partner in many projects dedicated to young people, art, sport and all social sectors. ************* Il Centro turistico giovanile San Francesco (CTG), iscritto la RUNTS dal 15/01/2024 al numero di repertorio 27233 nasce come gruppo del CTG (Centro Turistico Giovanile) riconosciuto dal Ministero dell'Interno come ente nazionale a fini assistenziali. Dal 2023 è affiliato alle Polisportive Giovanili Salesiane per la parte Sportivo dilettantistica di varie discipline sportive, in particolarmente del Nordic Escursionistico (Trekking) sia per la parte di attività sportiva vera e propria che di formazione ed educazione, ambientale. Promuove e realizza un progetto educativo e di formazione integrale della persona attraverso momenti di crescita, impegno e aggregazione sociale al servizio delle persone, del territorio in cui opera e della sua conoscenza e valorizzazione. L'associazione agisce nei settori sociale, culturale e dei beni culturali, ambientale e del tempo libero, utilizzando il metodo dell'animazione e rivolgendosi a tutte le fasce di età, in particolare ai giovani. Il CTG si estende in tutta Italia con una rete capillare di comitati e consigli regionali, coinvolgendo ogni anno migliaia di persone nelle loro attività. Il gruppo CTG ha sede ad Acquasparta, presso l'Ostello della Gioventù San Francesco, dove organizza, insieme ad una Rete di Associazioni del Territorio, attività educative e formative (anche residenziali) per i giovani ospitando campi estivi associativi / scolastici / parrocchiali. Essere una comunità di base CTG ed essere affiliati alle PGS e appartenere alle loro reti ci permette di avere un'ampia base su cui operare e ci permette di attingere a professionalità e competenze nel campo dell'educazione e della formazione dei giovani in ogni momento della loro vita e in tutti i loro campo d'interesse. Lo staff del CTG si avvale di professionisti del settore socioeducativo e sportivo, affiancati da collaboratori accuratamente selezionati per ciascuna delle attività progettuali. Ha gestito un progetto Erasmus KA1 scambio di Giovani finanziato dall'ANG e ha partecipato come partner a molti progetti dedicati ai giovani, all’arte, allo sport e a tutti i settori del sociale.
