Resurs Centre for sustainable development

The main goals of our association are: • Establishment and development of youth services and local institutional framework to improve youth policies • Implementation of the programs which ensure acquirement of additional knowledge and skills by all groups of citizens through the system of informal education • Creation, implementation and improvement of programmes and initiatives that have influence on ensuring social rights and improvement of fundamental human rights and freedoms and reduction of discrimination at all levels. • Development and accomplishment of national, regional and local programmes that will ensure more effective employment and self-employment as well as promotion of entrepreneurship. So far, we have implemented following activities: • Created data base related to problems of vulnerable groups on local levels. • Organised and conducted conferences, seminars, round tables in cooperation with national and international organisations on topic like: social rights, youth participation, youth employability, SME etc. • Provided educational support and service to governmental and non-governmental organisations on project management, entrepreneurship, peer to peer learning, organisational management, team buildings, adult education and etc. Our target groups are mainly young people from socially deprived families, but in generally we provide support to people from vulnerable groups (women, elderly people, minorities, etc.). Resurs Centre consist of more than 20 members as professionals from various fields who work on specific projects. They have many years of experience both in its business and in the implementation of projects funded under different programmes on national and international level.
