Evolving YOUth

Evolving YOUth is a non-profit youth organization based in Latvia, empowering young people through non-formal education, experiential learning, and capacity-building. We are a medium-sized NGO with a strong local presence and a growing international footprint, built through active engagement in Erasmus+ (KA1 and KA2) and cross-sectoral cooperation. We foster the intellectual, cultural, creative, and personal development of young people through inclusive, innovative, and participatory learning. Working with schools, universities, local authorities, and NGOs, we deliver seminars, training courses, and workshops for young people, youth workers, and educators — with particular focus on those from marginalized backgrounds facing socio-economic, educational, or geographical barriers. Our areas of expertise include: Non-formal education and youth empowerment Media literacy, digital tools, and gamification in youth work Financial literacy and entrepreneurship Intercultural learning and diversity Inclusion of youth with fewer opportunities International mobility and project management We are members of TDM2000 International (30 organizations across 23 countries), committed to capacity building, international cooperation, and intercultural learning, and of Latvijas Jaunatnes Padome, a national council of 48 youth NGOs advancing youth work, democratic participation, and civic engagement. Through our partner network, institutional collaborations, and digital channels (a website and social media reaching 2,000+ followers), we ensure broad dissemination of project outcomes and create sustainable impact for youth in Latvia and beyond.
