Developmind Squad

We've been active non-formally for almost two years now. We've funded what precious little we've done directly from personal finances or small EU grants we've stumbled upon hence we have a strong focus on sustainability and effectiveness. Our portfolio of accomplishments features two youth cultural festivals, each hosting ~150 performers and audiences among the hundreds. We've organized open community gatherings on the topics of street dance as well as weekly dance classes in Bulgaria's two largest cities. Among our passions and skills, we can list both digital marketing and live community building; we're always looking to improve our understanding of entrepreneurship and focus on the "people" aspect of it - behavioural economy, negotiation, leadership and empathic connection.
