Yenimahalle District Directorate of National Education - YIMEM was established in 1986, in order to plan, program, manage, supervise, develop and evaluate the district level duties of the Ministry of National Education, and is responsible for the planning and management of all educational and training activities from basic education to non-formal education institution. Yenimahalle District National Education Directorate consists of 10 education regions in the central district of Ankara and 16 branches managed by 10 Branch Directors under the chairmanship of the District Directorate of National Education. Within the boundaries of our district, 8180 personnel, 160 official education institutions, 261 special education institutions, a total of 421 educational institutions work under our Directorate. 7034 teachers and 118588 students continue their education.The purpose of YİMEM; in the light of today's technology and information network; By making education, training, management, guidance and control systems at the highest capacity, based on the understanding of human origin, learning to learn, aiming to improve itself continuously, thinking freely, modern, cultured, environmentally conscious, creative, entrepreneur, social, artistic sports To ensure that the generations that are active, mental and physical health in place, that protect their national and spiritual values are trained, and to be a pioneer, leader and model institution in innovation in education.
