Association APART

APART is a French non-profit that aims to provide disadvantaged youth with the right tools in order for them to gain access to the same job opportunities as everyone else. We aim to improve their employability by investing in their skills and abilities as well as to build their professional network. APART relies on establishing itself as a bridge between our youth and the working world, namely by using sports and physical activity as its main driver for targeting and enhancing their skills and abilities. Sports are an important social and educational tool and allow young people to regain trust in themselves, their abilities and henceforth trust in their future projects. The practice of sports teaches them essential transferrable skills such as teamwork, resilience, overcoming your fears and limits, and so on. Skills that represent tremendous assets to possess when entering the business world.
