Through the years, we have been working with youth from Warsaw and all over Poland. We support them in participating in international activities, creating their own national and international initiatives, and equipping them with the skills essential to the labour market (focusing on 21st-century skills such as communication, collaboration, and creativity). We train young adults who want to become youth mentors, leaders and trainers by offering them international courses on such topics. Since 2022 our Foundation has run a refugee house (Dom Uchodźcy "Gościniec Wesoła") in Warsaw, Wesoła district https://www.facebook.com/profile.php id=. We currently host 40 children and youth (with their mothers). Except for accommodation, we provide psychological support, development activities, support in entering the labour market and facilitate the integration process. At the moment, this is the primary target group we focus on. The Foundation coordinated the strategic partnership project Creative Playbook KA220 2021-1-PL01-KA220-YOU-. Within the framework of the project, we are working on producing a publication which will include methods and tools to develop creativity among young people. This tool can be used directly by young people and youth workers in their daily work with young people.
