NGO "Enlightening Initiative"

Our target audience is Ukrainian people aged 16-29 years old. Our strategic focus is educational and youth employability projects based on IT solutions and artificial intelligence (AI) tools. In 2017, organization’s mission was reestablished, and since then, we have conducted ten educational projects on the topics of enhancing youth employability, intercultural competences, media literacy skills and other transferable soft skills. Our past projects primarily focused on the youth based in eastern regions of Ukraine. Since 2021, our activity has become nation-wide, and we changed the organization location from Kharkiv into Kyiv. Currently, we have 14 organization members, 3 of which are working for the organization full-time. Our team brings together young Ukrainian professionals and students aged 16-33, who possess a diverse professional expertise – data and policy analysts, economists, IT professionals, international relations professionals, business leaders, lawyers, business consultants, researchers, project managers, designers, university teachers, and linguists.
