POY - Point of Youth

POY - Point of Youth is a social promotion association founded in June 2021 in Cinisello Balsamo (Milan), that develops and implements local and international projects in which young people are the real protagonists. Our activities are aimed at young people between the ages of 14 and 30 and are designed to meet real needs and necessities through non-formal education. For us, POY - Point of Youth means to look at things..." From young people's point of view!". Our main goals are: - Disseminate the different local and international opportunities, programs, and projects to youngsters; - Increase the active participation of young people in society, involving them in the development of a more inclusive society - Encourage the development of soft skills of young people and boost entrepreneurship; - Promote intercultural dialogue and foster understanding of foreign cultures -Create synergies between people, local and international organizations, and administrations. Among many others, we are implementing activities designed to create moments of discussion on current European issues, that aim at the development of active citizenship and awareness of its potential. POY - Point of Youth is already developing local projects with schools and administrations in the area of Northern Milan and we aim to implement projects at the European level. By joining the Salto community, we hope to find interesting partners that share our values and goals so we can together create new international opportunities for youngsters. We’d love to send Italian participants all over Europe in order to promote European citizenships as well as find partners for our future projects.
