SOKE VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL ANATOLIAN HIGH SCHOOL

Our school has been located in Söke district of Aydın province with a population of 110,000 since 1969. It is a well-established public institution serving its region in the field of education. Anatolian technical high schools, The land of the school where Anatolian Vocational High Schools are located is 25.188 m2 and has 5800 m2 closed area. 23 workshops, 23 classrooms, 1 painting workshop, 3 computer labs, 42 computers in total, 1 indoor There is a gym and 1 meeting/conference hall. Vocational and technical training activities are carried out in seven occupations with a total of 450 continues with the student body. These students are in Grade 12. participate in skills training in various businesses. Most of these businesses are small or medium-sized (SME). There are 4 inclusion students among our students. The socio-economic levels of our students can be counted in the middle and lower categories. According to the strategic plan survey; Expectations of our students and parents from school Finding a job instead of academic education and getting started in business life. Our school has the technical equipment that the industry needs, It aims to meet the need for qualified, innovative and open-minded researchers. Moreover, Vocational training organized outside working hours with İş-Kur and Public Education Center It also provides employment opportunities by participating in individual development courses for adults. For senior and graduate students It also provides guidance on issues such as entrepreneurship and SME support. Within the scope of the Mekas project, events are organized. Our vocational promotion and guidance service and vocational courses School and profession introductions are made by our teachers to secondary school students. Again, within the scope of this project, to families whose economic situation is not good, It also continues its home maintenance and repair support in professional fields. Our school With the awareness of social responsibility, it also provides services to non-profit associations, foundations and public institutions. The school has an active revolving fund business. At school; 72 training and management personnel are on duty; in management staff: 1 manager, 3 managers assistant, 7 field chiefs and 20 workshop chiefs. The professional fields we train in are: Electrical-Electronics Technology Field, Information Technologies Field, Furniture and Interior Design Field, Motor Vehicles Technology Field, Machinery Technology Field, Metal Technologies Field and Assembly and Air Conditioning Area.
