À propos de l'organisation

Joy, security and community are strong driving forces for playing handball. We want to conduct and develop all our activities so that we can have fun, be safe, feel good and perform more. Democracy, participation and equality Association democracy means that all members' votes have equal value and that everyone's views and opinions are respected. Participation means that everyone who participates can be involved in deciding and taking responsibility for their activities. Democracy and participation must be exercised equally and regardless of the member's background. Everyone's right to participate Anyone who wants to, regardless of nationality, ethnic origin, religion, age, gender or sexual orientation, may participate in the club's activities. The leadership All leadership within the club is based on a positive approach. The individual and the team's conditions determine what demands can be placed on each player and the team as a collective. Promises are given in a positive, forward-looking and developing manner. Fair play Fair play and honesty are a prerequisite for handball on equal terms. Everyone within the club shows respect for opponents, referees, fellow players and the crowd by behaving in a correct and sporting manner. We work against cheating, doping, bullying, harassment, offensive statements and violence both on and off the handball court. Negative actions are combated with a positive attitude. Drugs, tobacco and alcohol We distance ourselves from, and work against, the use of drugs, tobacco and alcohol in connection with sports. Among young people under the age of 18, zero tolerance always applies. Broad and elite handball At all ages, we play handball, which gives everyone the opportunity to participate based on individual circumstances and desire. The concept of elite handball is gradually introduced from A-youth onwards. The transition takes place with consideration of the individual's various needs, conditions and development potential. The choice and opportunity to participate in broadside or elite handball must be available for all players who are A-youth, based on place availability. From junior age onwards, the club can, based on knowledge and performance level, control which category you have the opportunity to belong to. The definition of grassroots and elite handball follows the RF's definition of grassroots and elite sport ("The sport wants" - a summary of the sports movement's idea program 2009) Team player Handball is a team sport. This means that everyone who practices and plays handball does so on the condition that you understand that you belong to a team and align yourself with the norms and rules it brings with it
