Blue Ocean Business Matchmaking Group Limited is an Irish-based social impact organisation committed to fostering entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovation among young people across Europe and beyond. We specialise in building strategic partnerships, creating capacity-building programmes, and delivering inclusive international events that bridge business, education, and youth engagement. Our flagship initiative, Sink or Swim: How to Create an Entrepreneurial Mindset?, was a pioneering international online festival that brought together young change-makers, thought leaders, and aspiring entrepreneurs. The event focused on cultivating resilience, creativity, and purpose-driven leadership among youth navigating today's volatile environment. We are currently engaged with the Young Entrepreneurs of Erasmus and preparing to co-host the Nexus Summit in Dublin, a transformative event dedicated to advancing leadership, diversity, and youth empowerment in Ireland and across the EU. With a strong network of partners and a proven track record of innovative programme delivery, we aim to support young people in becoming confident, inclusive leaders who drive social and economic change. By applying for the Quality Label as a Lead Organisation, we seek to enhance our capacity to mobilise young volunteers and co-create impactful transnational solidarity projects aligned with the values of the European Solidarity Corps.
